“I joined Exor four months ago so it’s a little early for a career progression plan for me yet, but they’ve been really supportive in my suggestions so far. I really do feel like I’m part of the company, and one that’s heading upwards quickly, it’s so exciting to be part of that. As I work from home the majority of the time it’s important for me to feel part of a team”.

“What attracted me to my role is the prospect of being able to make a positive difference to our client perceptions in the Asia Pacific region. The conditions are great too, there’s loads of scope for growth as an employee and the company has a great vision. Before I joined Exor I thought my previous employer was a good place to work but I feel I’ve found a real home at Exor.

“The reality of working here is people work hard, really hard, yet they play even harder especially those wild American boy’s! In the short time I’ve been here there are so many stories to tell, when I went to the UK for my induction I remember trying to find the Warrington office for the first time, what an adventure. I came with another AP colleague who had no idea either, you had a mad Aussie and a Chinese man behind the wheel of a car with an Englishman trying to give us directions over the phone. We were defeated before we began. After an hour of circling the same bit of highway I snapped and pulled over, we sat in awkward silence until we were rescued by Graham to escort us to the office. It’s got a ton better since”.
