“When I joined Exor eight years ago I was very keen to move from a consultancy and office based job, yet wanted to retain all my technical skills without becoming a programmer! I’ve a very analytical mind and problem solving was important for me. There’s a huge variety of work here so I don’t have time to get bored and really enjoy working with our customers.
“Everyone works very hard at Exor and there is usually a positive mood in the office, even though we could do with aircon, we all work really well together. I think it shows in how much work we achieve for a relatively small team. The people and variety of work is important to me and a reason why I’ve stayed here.
“We also get good benefits, especially the holiday allocation in particular it seems like a good deal compared to other companies I’ve worked for. My last organisation was huge so here it’s completely different. It’s a much happier atmosphere here, being a smaller company everyone can see the effect they’re having on the business.”
When questioned about her most memorable work related story, ever the diplomat Sarah answered, “I don’t think I can answer this one, anything that happens on a works night should stay on tour!”
